We offer volume-tiered rates across all bag types. The more you order, the lower your per-unit cost — making Riyan the preferred supplier for retail chains, restaurant groups and D2C brands scaling their packaging budgets. All prices are quoted ex-works Hyderabad; pan-India shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination pincode and consignment weight.

Our minimum order quantity starts at just 100 units per design, making branded carry bags accessible even to boutique brands and independent retailers just getting started. For repeat or standing orders, we offer priority scheduling and locked-in pricing valid for 90 days.

Non-Woven Bags

Our most popular B2B product. Non-woven polypropylene bags are durable, reusable and fully printable in up to 4 colours via screen printing. Ideal for retail chains, supermarkets and promotional events.

What is your minimum order quantity?

MOQs vary by bag type: Cotton canvas bags start at 100 units, kraft paper bags at 250 units, and non-woven or laminated bags at 500 units. If your requirement is below MOQ, contact us — we can sometimes accommodate smaller first orders for new clients at a slight premium.

Are the prices on your website inclusive of GST?

All indicative per-unit rates displayed are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST (currently 12–18% depending on bag material and HSN code) will be itemised separately on your proforma invoice. We are a GST-registered manufacturer — your purchase qualifies for full input tax credit.

Do you offer volume discounts for large orders?

Yes. All our bag types are priced on a tiered slab system. Significant per-unit cost reductions apply at 2,000, 5,000, 10,000 and 25,000+ unit thresholds. For enterprise or annual contract pricing above 50,000 units, we offer negotiated rates with priority production slots.

Are setup and plate charges included in the per-unit price?

No — one-time setup, screen or plate charges are billed separately and depend on the number of print colours and complexity of your artwork. These charges are waived on repeat orders using the same artwork or for standing annual contracts.

Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We offer pre-production samples (also called strike-off samples) for orders of 1,000 units and above. A nominal sample charge applies, which is credited back against your bulk order invoice upon confirmation. For standard stock bag samples without your branding, contact us and we will dispatch at courier cost.

Do you charge separately for pan-India shipping?

Shipping is charged separately and calculated based on final consignment weight, dimensions and destination pincode. We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Indicative freight costs are included in every quote we send.

Can you match our brand's Pantone colours exactly?

Yes. We match Pantone Coated references for all screen and flexo print jobs. Please share your Pantone codes or CMYK/RGB values when submitting your brief. For critical colour-matching requirements, we recommend approving a physical strike-off sample before bulk production.

What payment terms do you offer?

For new clients, our standard terms are 50% advance with order confirmation and 50% before dispatch. Established clients with a track record of 3 or more orders may apply for net-30 credit terms, subject to our internal credit evaluation process.
